1. Final Sale
- All purchases are final — no returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances cannot be restocked once shipped.
- Please double-check your size, scent, and shipping address before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact support@reehdubai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to fix an address or item? Email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
