By accessing or using reehdubai.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Reeh Dubai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• One account per person. Accounts are not transferable.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@reehdubai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We do our best to describe and photograph our fragrances accurately. Colours may render slightly differently depending on your screen. Stock and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Reeh Dubai sells inspired fragrances — our own original formulations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the designer brands referenced for inspiration. All third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; our acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited stock.
• Where a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel the order and refund any payment.
• We may limit the quantity available per person, household, or order.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and/or other gateways enabled at checkout. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards plus wallet methods (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Shipping options and timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges, as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items are replaced per that policy.

All content on the Site is owned by Reeh Dubai or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

When you submit a review, photo, or other user content, you grant Reeh Dubai a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt that content for the operation and promotion of the Site.

• No fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity.
• No scraping, automated extraction, or reverse engineering of the Site.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or breach the Site's security.
• No impersonation or false statements about your identity.

The Site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except for the statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Fragrance preferences are subjective and skin chemistry varies. We make no guarantee that a scent will perform identically on every wearer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeh Dubai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Reeh Dubai harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or via a notice on the Site.
