Shipping Information

Orders within the UAE typically arrive in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping is $9.99 (free over $100). Express is $19.99 (1–2 business days).

We ship across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman). Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Customs clearance is usually fast within the GCC, but small delays can occur. Any customs duties or VAT levied at import are payable by the recipient unless explicitly included at checkout.

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

• Duties, import VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Customs processing can add several days to the delivery estimate.
• Some countries restrict imports of fragrance or alcohol-based products; please check local rules before ordering.
• We are not liable for delays or seizures imposed by customs authorities.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing the order, please contact support@reehdubai.com.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived within the expected window, please contact us. We accept lost-parcel claims for up to 30 days from dispatch; after this window, claims may be limited by carrier policy.

We can ship to UAE PO Boxes for the standard UAE rate, but international PO Box delivery is not supported because most international couriers require a physical street address for fragrance shipments.

Orders placed before 14:00 GST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and UAE public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
